    • Unique Chemical Bond
      Dual-Thane wheels are made of two high quality liquid cast urethanes. Our standard 95A urethane is molded to an extra- hard urethane center to supply the necessary core strength. Unlike “mechanically bonded” wheels, our state-of-the-art chemical bond will not stretch or come loose. The standard tread provides the smooth rollability associated with our poly on iron wheels.

    Trew offers four separate types of solid polyurethane wheels. All types provide economy, corrosion resistance, one piece construction and durability. Our original solid polyurethane wheel is the “NoCorode.” It has 50D hardness (softer than most) and a smooth, no-parting-line crown tread design which aids in turning and rollability. The same crown tread design is available in an extra hard 70D high performance polyurethane complete with sealed precision grade ball bearings and T-bushings for the ultimate in rollability.

    The V-groove solid polyurethane wheels are designed as track wheels where factors other than capacity dominate. The flat faced extra hard 70D polyurethane wheel provides the maximum in carrying capacity in our solid urethane product line. As is the case with all our wheels, the solid polyurethane wheels can be modified to meet any special application needs.

    • Solid Polyurethane
      These solid polyurethane wheels are designed as track wheels for applications where factors other than capacity dominate. For example, quietness, corrosion resistance and non-sparking could be factors. Available with either plastic or roller bearings, wheels are “liquid cast” and have all the other quality features normally found in solid polyurethane wheels. All are equipped with a 7/8” wide x 7/16” V-groove.
    • Polyurethane Hardness
      4 x 2 is available in 95A standard hardness and a 70D extra hard. All other sizes are available in 75D extra hard only.

      Solid extra hard 75D liquid cast polyurethane wheel is designed for industrial applications. Commonly used in canneries, meat packing plants and similar hostile environments likely to cause corrosion or bond failure.

      All wheels have smooth design to minimize potential sites for bacterial contamination and dirt buildup.
    • Non-Marking/Non-Conductive
      Wheels are non-marking and non-conductive.
